Please include years in swimming, your past and present training history and your best 50/100 free time, how many days a week you want to train and how much yardage you want to do

What swim stroke(s) is your specialty? Are you a Sprint / Middle / Distance / Triathlete Olympic swimmer? Are you preparing for any event in particular if so, what is the date?

What are your goals? (Do you want to include dryland in your swimming regime? Do you want to get stronger in or out of the water?)

If inquiring about strength and conditioning/dryland, what equipment do you have access to? (dumbells, kettleballs, medicine balls, sleds, ropes, bikes, etc.)

I understand that Legacy Swimming recommends hiring a licensed coach, trainer or other professionals to assist with the workouts and Legacy Swimming does not accept any responsibility or liability for the services performed by third party service providers.
